We partnered with Uber Canada to create a video campaign that helps to increase their brand awareness in British Columbia during the holiday season. The objective of this campaign was to reinforce Uber’s presence in British Columbia, particularly in Surrey and surrounding areas, by showcasing how the app is a reliable solution for transportation during the holiday season.
We presented Uber’s team with our creative concepts and strategic direction on how we could illustrate Uber’s safety features, including ride tracking and the ability to send a ride to a loved one. The campaign would showcase Uber’s commitment to diversity and inclusion by featuring scenarios that resonate authentically with the South Asian community.
We created in-house short form advertisement videos posted to Instagram and TikTok, urging our audience to ride with Uber for a safer holiday season. The advertisement also spoke to Uber’s key objectives, which are the safety features within using the app. We worked with popular Panjabi social media influencers to help us increase our awareness and engagement with this campaign. The content was posted on ours, the brands and the influencers’ platforms.
Uber’s team was pleased with our creative concepts and strategic direction for our 2023 campaign, which led to another successful holiday campaign that we did together in 2024!
