PARKWAY by Bosa Properties is a 4 tower mixed use master plan in the heart of Downtown Surrey.
5X was contracted to bring Bosa’s PARKWAY 2 project launch events to life. Our team curated and co-hosted 5 events to showcase Surrey’s most coveted, convenient and connected project.
To help increase engagement and excitement around this project, we pitched an influencer marketing campaign to their team featuring popular local Panjabi influencers. The influencers selected would support us in telling the story of the PARKWAY project.
The objective of this campaign was to create a deep connection between Bosa’s new project and Surrey’s community. This was done through increasing brand awareness on social media and by generating leads by driving traffic to the open house events.
5X was responsible for vibe curation! We knew exactly what would bring in our community, and we delivered. We curated the entertainment, art lounge, and activations. We made recommendations on local food and beverage vendors, which elevated the environment. We set the tone with our 5X touch and helped the Bosa team throw 5 incredibly successful events to welcome Surrey into their new project.
In addition, we contracted 11 of the top local Panjabi influencers, from various industries, who created digital content regarding the launch of this property and their events. By attending the open house events, the influencers not only helped in increasing awareness, but helped us secure double the amount of leads that we projected! INSANE!
