Through our festivals, media, and programming, we create experiences that amplify and unite diasporic Panjabi voices.
We put on an annual festival called 5X Fest, provide development and performance opportunities to emerging Panjabi artists, and connect businesses & brands with Panjabis in Metro Vancouver.
Our organization is at the forefront of championing the burgeoning Panjabi music & art scene, and we advocate for the impact it’s created in our country.
We create unique digital content and tell powerful stories that are relevant to diasporic Panjabis.
We understand the nuances of being a diasporic Panjabi in an increasingly globalized world. We prioritize this identity by using music and art as the vessel to create environments that bring meaning to this identity.

Founded in 2004, our organization, Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration (VIBC) has been at the forefront of supporting emerging Panjabi artists for over two decades, playing a crucial role in nurturing talent that has gone on to achieve global recognition. In 2018, what was previously known as the City of Bhangra Festival became 5X Fest.
Our organization is the only one of its kind in North America, dedicated to Panjabi arts for 20 years.
Support us in our efforts to uplift Panjabi artists and their creative pursuits.
